Biography
This Capetonian Doctor started his education path at Rondebosch Boys School and completed his tertiary studies at University of Cape Town. He gained plenty of post-graduate experience while working at Edendale Hospital, running a 24-bed hospital during his Military service, and working in the United Kingdom thereafter. For the last three years, Dr Caldis has specialised in a Concierge Medical Practice-catering to the hospitality industry. His love of meeting people, compassion, calm and gentle approach puts his patients at ease and helps them on their road to recovery. His two philosophies of life are “Pan Metron Ariston” – Ancient Greek for “Everything in Moderation”, and the other is “Life is a Gift” describe his empathetic approach to medicine and the wellbeing of all whom he cares for.
